Pros

The salary is better than most places to work, for a college student in my community. Flexible scheduling is a bonus. Relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Wal-mart tends to hire unprofessional people, that are inappropriate to customers. On numerous occasions co-workers of mine share inappropriate life experiences with each other and to customers. The system is set up to make it hard to terminate personnel, which results in a negative work atmosphere.
