Absolutely Terrible

Pros

Work with some nice people, depending on the audit

Cons

Very understaffed with lots of turnover. Thrown to the wolves when you start. Constant changes in audit methodology and templates. Very underpaid and overworked. Raises and bonuses are a joke, as we work lots of hours on audit engagements. Management's go to line is "we have a tight deadline" for every single audit. No flexibility to work fully remote, even though the job is easily doable from a remote perspective. Absolutely no work life balance

Pros

Benefits are good. Pay is ok depending on the role.

Cons

Leadership is out of touch with employees. They want agile but lack empathy. They threaten with metrics. They force return to office despite employee objections, and waste enormous amounts of money discussing it. There is a strong command and control culture. And there is practically no change management across the board. All of this leads to low employee morale and engagement, further making any transformation minimal if possible. And when employees speak up, they get attacked for complaining, or simply ignored. Having said all this, how do I know leadership is disconnected? Because they hold town halls and claim the data doesn’t show that return to office is a problem. Clearly because they don’t listen to the people.

Pros

Good benefits, fair pay for professional positions

Cons

Location strategy- 7 hub cities nation wide- all 2nd tier cities- no new hires outside hubs, current employees can’t transfer to a new position or be promoted unless they live in a hub. Also- positions that have been remote for decades must now report to an office. We are bleeding talent- and have limited options for new talent as all must live in a hub city.
