The cafeteria is kinda good. The coworkers are mostly chill.

Cons

The upper management. Absolutely trash. They don't give relevant work to people and waste their time with work that is not relevant to their job and has no growth driven environment for juniors.

Tough customer interactions lead to high turnover rate

It is very mentally exhausting to work with the customers, the customers will abuse you and call you names and we are expected to sometimes just take it all in and on to the next call, we roughly take 70-90 calls a day. This goes to show why they don't have a good turnover rate for employees.
