      Pros

      Used to have tons of pros when I started in 2024, but after leaving in 2025 the only pros I can come up with were the people on my small team.

      Cons

      The "Unlimited FTO" is a total scam for Western Union to not have to pay you PTO. They still limit the amount of unlimited FTO you receive in a year. Another scary con is the fact that all tenured employees left in masses when these new changes were rolled out. Now there is hardly anyone left with a lot of experience with WU, which became clearly obvious as things started to hit the fan with deliverables no longer meeting expectations because all the great employees left.

      Came from Tower B company with many others was promised by RM high recognition and growth getting the same. But people are jealous from us however came from Tower B. Don't we don't care Super dumb leadership
