Pros

WFH two days a week The Denver office has a nice view Agreeable people within the department

Cons

Poor leadership and communication from C suite. Endless bureaucracy in IT and HR. Cost cutting measures that have deflated benefits, reduced flexibility, and kneecapped projects. Loss of talent and knowledge through voluntary and forced exits with no replacement. General lack of understanding technology and a unwillingness to invest in it. Strong pushback or straight up refusal of any request that has incremental cost regardless of amount or urgency. Incorporating stringent work policies to control workers and save a buck.

Pros

The pay is good, you’ll work with extremely smart and talented people. The building is beautiful and the work is very global.

Cons

The company culture is driven by micromanagement, lack of trust, confusing messaging from leadership, and lots of layoffs, layoffs are happening every few months and there is no concern for who has to pick up the work. While the bonus here sounds really good, it has not been 100% in years, and now even if all targets are met employees only get a portion since the rules around who is allowed a full bonus is extremely limited. The executive suite is lacking diversity and it’s very clear, even has been said, they do not care about employees.

Pros

Nice office. Good co-workers. Salary is competitive.

Cons

They don’t even pretend to care about the employees anymore. There are lay-offs all the time. I’ve never worked anywhere that’s so over the top with the way the leaders kiss up to the c-suite. It’s nauseating.
