Pros
The only pros would be if you got lucky and were apart of a genuine work family perimeter team. They will be the best and only reason you beat yourself to death to stay at this god awful organization.
Cons
They overpromise their clients knowing they cannot deliver. There is absolutely no growth what so ever, especially when it comes to salary. Do NOT expect to get a raise even if you out performed their expectations. They will overwork you and continue to expand your list of responsibilities but do not want to speak about or add onto your base salary. Employees are numbers and pawns, and they will use you until they don’t need you. They do not care what you have contributed or brought to the table. They will lay you off 3 days before your last day due to their own poor negotiation skills and mistakes. You will get NO SEVERANCE package. Senior Leadership does nothing but deceive you. This is company is based in and ran by executives in India. If you are a U.S Citizen, DO NOT APPLY.
