The office was new and some foreign travel promised.

Cons

Friendly recruitment processes with no expenses. All current projects are toxic with many existing clients refusing to engage Multiple projects in poor delivery with technical debt and nit-picky managers Employees pitted against one another all the time. Constantly tapped to provide your technical contacts so that other employees contact them with a job offer from Wipro, presumably to get a bounty if they join. 90% of employees are indian, very low diversity.

Freedom to decide the best route to help clients and some talented people

Cons

There was no real direction or vision for the business as a whole, so it was hard to get behind the (non-existent) mission. The work we were asked to do wasn't particularly interesting, and career options seemed limited. BuildIt wanted to differentiate itself from the wider Wipro Digital operation but never truly managed it.

There are absolutely no pros to this company.

Cons

Won't hesitate to fire you or cut your pay if it suits their interest. Accepted a job with them as a Project Engineer in March 2020. Left my job that was paying $50K a year and relocated only for them to postpone my start date until May, then till August, and finally just no news. I email my recruiter and all she says is that she will update me when she has more information. It's been 12 months and she still has no information. I'm broke now and tired and have been looking for jobs but no luck. Save yourself pain and aggravation and apply with a different company.
