      Pros

      I love that it gave me a chance to work in an English speaking environment in a non native English speaking country. I like my team lead because I feel like they genuinely care about my wellbeing and will do whatever is in their control to help me.

      Cons

      In my specific role as a grocery Associate, it very bad for your sleep and thus health. It's impossible to work a night shift, have a day off and then work a morning shift the next day. You are basically guaranteed to be sleep deprived for a few days of the week. I wouldn't mind this so much if I was getting paid more, I feel like forgoing a healthy sleep schedule should warrant more than minimum wage.
