      Amazing spirit and horrible hours

      Pros

      - Family-like relationships, e.g. a friendly and warm environment - there is this team spirit and drive that pushes you to your limits - salaries are good - flexibility to accommodate your needs in the grand scheme of things, e.g. childcare or relocation

      Cons

      - Work-life balance is non-existent, unless you just quit sleeping at nights - approaches are hectic, there is no system in anything, it's like working in a start-up with a huge turnover
