Nice coworkers, if you want hard tasks - it’s enough, but if you want hard tasks - say good bye to work life balance.

Cons

The job is boring. Stupid bug fixing, or crunches making that allow fast features delivering. For exceptional grade received on performance review you get only 3% salary rase-up. No remote work - only hybrid (3 days from office, 2 days from home) or 5days from office. Sometimes people make unnecessary over-engineering.
