      Pros

      Great culture, athmoshere and attitude to engineers. Yandex has smartest people I ever seen. A lot of great ideas and projects waiting for developers to pick them up. Developer has freedom of choosing tools, design and implementations details and setting up their own development process. Beautiful bright office with plants. Perks: ping pong, gym, free food (including nearby cafe), discounts.

      - smart people - a lot of opportunities to learn - all the code is shared, you have opportunities to contribute wherever you want - snacks, good food - flexible hours

      - a lot of bureaucracy - no velocity in software development - poor management - no product vision
