      Great company in decline.

      Pros

      Strong and respected brand. Some good and talented people. Adequate funding still available for new projects. Management is fair even though they are shackled. Care about employees.

      Cons

      Overburdened by unnecessary processes. Risk averse. Very little entrepreneurial style within management. Bad decisions made by uninformed management. Too much influence from Germany hampers better local decisions. Frustrated local management.

      Pros

      Career opportunity growth, challenging environment in a good way, good benefits, great people to work with, I enjoyed coming to work....almost all gone.

      Cons

      Lighting industry is changing quickly, not a place to start a career, continued headcount reduction, non-stop reorganization, growth potential is limited. Expect to work US holidays.
