      Pros

      Even during the peak launch of critical projects, team members, including those in management roles, have the flexibility to work from home for extended periods. This level of adaptability is remarkable, with work stress being minimal or even nonexistent. Employees who may lack capability can still thrive and avoid retrenchment, even amid layoffs.

      Cons

      The current situation at the Singapore plant does not show promising prospects. The efficiency of meetings is notably low, even when the management team is present. For those with a background in the semiconductor industry, the gap in performance is particularly apparent. There is a lack of seriousness and no clear expectations have been established.

      Sinking ship

      Pros

      Still some pockets of nice team members to work with. But unsure how long they would stay at the company in this state.

      Cons

      Lack of proper leadership, All BUs and teams live in their own bubles. Difficulties when trying to communicate with others, outside of the group. More political strugles on a manager level. No opportunity on personal development or career growth. No reason to trust high management. Really close to say that some decisions are driven by incompetence
