      Struggling to find its place

      Pros

      Worked at Osram during the spin off from Siemens. Hectic times, many changes, not all well thought of. The team is great, the spiris high, and the tecnology base outstanding.

      Cons

      Too many changes, no clear vision of the future, a lot of old tecnology ballast dragging it down.

      Pros

      Growing acceptance for flexible schedules and telecommuting. Compensation seems to be better than average for the area. Company is slow to outsource.

      Cons

      Every attempt to reduce workforce seems to backfire - we lose the best, instead of the weakest. There seems to be no strategic plan to match vision.
