"You start off with three weeks of vacation. Then get bumped to four after 5 years. Then five after 15 years. Unless you are senior level or management. Then you get unlimited."

Money-wise was ok. Stafford is a cheap place to live in.
Bonus was flat for all graduates, no performance related which i find it a bit unfortunate.

Competitive 401k and Vacation benefits. Excellent Health Care packages.
Dental plan could be better.

I receive zero benefits since I am working as a contractor. Even on holidays I simply don't get paid which is a large hit on my paycheck. All other employees are encouraged by GE to work from home once per day and as a contractor I am not allowed to. Even when personal issues came up with my family or if I have an appointment I just have to leave work and not get paid.
