Optional company pension with adjustable contribution. 10% staff discount on purchases, except tobacco products. Annual bonus always disappointed and if you were lucky, might amount to a weeks wages, usually less.

Absolutely nothing, it's hard to get full time hours and benefits only apply to those who have full time hours.

Discount is only 10% which isn't very good imo. Spend £10 save £1. You get a early bonus which was around £60 last year.

ASDA does have good benefits such as 10% discount card, double discount days several times a year/a health plan/ annual bonus which varies dependant on various factors and how generous they are feeling. Graduate scheme and there is potential for career progression if you can stand it long enough and life gets easier it appears if you become a manager as you can laze about more and have a chat and a laugh and let all the minion colleagues do all the work.

Very few benefits, most of which are geared to those with children. The only good perk (staff canteen) was taken away!

Good place to work if you get regular hours can be a mixed bunch of people to mix with but mostly friendly only downside is that when you are ill they still try to get you back asap I had a operation and was off but they still tried to get me back in on a different dept even though I was still unwell
