Company provided - good -benefits. Salary jobs also were provided 40 hrs personal time and employees vacation ranged 2 to 4 weeks ( earned over time) 401K etc.

They offer many of the common benefits. Deductible amounts for health insurance have significantly increased, resulting in much higher out of pocket expenses.
