I waived medical insurance coverage due to having existing coverage from a third party, but they signed me up for it anyway which charged me an extra $50, and they also failed to sign me up for the benefits that I did want during the enrollment process. Their call centers are in India and they have none in North America, so I have to call a place that is 12 hours ahead of myself to get it fixed.

The company helps to pay a significant portion of the health insurance premiums. It use to be better. There is also really only health provider choice.

Competitive benefits offered. matching 401K. 10 days per year leave.

PTO for US based employees are small.

Health insurance is pretty good and very affordable, even for a family. Standard matching 401k. Paid holidays (depending on client). Flex schedule (depending on client).

Not enough time off and they stole about 4 days from me when they failed to roll them over as they said that they would.
