Poor salary for fulltime long time top performing employees. Awesome salary for unknow new comers from outside.

Best: Salaray not bad. Worst: They combine bonus with salary and link it with your attendance

Bonuses are not paid! Plain and simple don't count on getting a bonus from these people!
