HCLTech benefits

Benefits are really good, but they should be supporting mobile discounts due to the fact that most of us are mobile.

It was a basic package of 401k (no pension), and full medical/health and dental insurance. Otherwise, there was no chance for bonuses and the pay wasn't very good.

I opt out of the company offered benefits but I've been told that it's comparable to most, which isn't saying much.

They lie about everything. They hide behind being a company from India. Can't trust them.

Pros - Cutting edge technology - More forecast on next gen products - Each focused area as a lab when employees can bring the best Cons -No much exciting atmosphere socially -Less interaction with groups -lot of policies to get some source/device etc

Everything is okay. Could be better.
