The benefits package of Indian Outsources is usually much better than local US companies. The monthly insurance premium for a very good health plan is lower than most US based companies. There is health, dental , vision coverage.

Management would always show trust in you and expect a lot from you but when time comes for appraisal and promotion they will start talking about company policies and revenue. they will relate company performance with your appraisal and promotion irrespective of how much productive and critical you are.

The benefits with HCL are pretty good. They use BlueCross BlueShield of CA. The packages are real good for both individuals and families. The monthly rates are reasonable and not over priced. you get a lot for what you pay for.

Good health insurance, 401k decent from seond year

Great Medical Insurance, 401k match 100% for 3% and 50% for next 2% .

Medical Insurance is good. Relocation allowance for landed resources (coming from India) should be looked into by the management

just 10 days of total vacation and sick leave. 4 % 401k match but 3 year vesting period and they don't contribute first year. Location allowance is not accurate. Relocation policies are pathetic.

Medical package is top notch! A+. Very standard 401K, and good Vision/Dental.
