Medical is good, no incentives to the employees.

They did not have too many benefits for the american employees I believe that the indian employees get better benefits

it was not very very useful. they can improve the benefits package to a much better offer to attract a better work culture

Full benefits is the best. The worst 401K takes 1 year to get matching.

Benefits overall are great. I would give 5 stars except for the 2 week vacation (MAXIMUM accrual) per year. The health benefits cover most needs, and include a high-deductible plan which allows you to control The money you spend each year, especially if you also use the HSA. 401k matching, etc... Good plans...

everything is good with HCL

Good Health insurance plan they offer. There are different categories you can choose upon. If you choose and average one still your out of pocket is not much.
