Healh insurance, and 401k is not available for all employees

Terrible benefits package, one of the worst I've seen around.

401k, paid time off, all benefits are pretty standard

They exist, so if you don't have them, it's nice to have. Matching is nice but on the cheap side, Insurance is bad and basically is only useful if you can go to another country to get regular medical care. Paternity is 1 extra day of holiday. Maternity is short, but don't remember.
