"A lot of vacation time. 18 days to start (144 hours), going up to 30 days (240 hours) at 15 years. I think 18 days to start is crazy. Who expects over 3 weeks off from their job in the first year? "

"No match at all, they automatically give you 3% of your pay though so if you put in 0%, you still get 3% from them. If you put in 3%, it comes out to be 3% of yours + 3% of theirs, etc."

Health insurance is expensive and not very competitive. This is surprising given that this effectively a healthcare company.
Dental is not expensive -- coverage is decent for preventive work, but orthodontics coverage is sparse.
401k is decent with 5% match.

Don’t work here you’ll be abused verbally and physically by patients and managers/ corporate will do absolutely nothing about It!! but the min a patient creates complaints about lies they’ll be quick to “investigate”. overly worked and disrespected. They pay everyone differently, there’s favoritism and racism. Please believe me because I tried to be optimistic when I started working there and I should’ve listened to the reviews I saw this was the worse work environment I’ve ever had to endure so many employees quit while I was working there because the just the absolute worse.

Very expensive medical and dental plans. Difficult to navigate through their systems and they require you to call their benefits line for any and all questions.

Insurance premiums are insanely expensive. At over $400/pay.
