"No match at all, they automatically give you 3% of your pay though so if you put in 0%, you still get 3% from them. If you put in 3%, it comes out to be 3% of yours + 3% of theirs, etc."

Too expensive of insurance it's insurance in name only. $150 a paycheck premium get you a plan with a $5,000 deductible. If you want a more reasonable deductible its going to cost you $350 per paycheck.
