"No match at all, they automatically give you 3% of your pay though so if you put in 0%, you still get 3% from them. If you put in 3%, it comes out to be 3% of yours + 3% of theirs, etc."

401k match is pretty great. Pto is over 20 days starting out. Insurance has plenty of options to fit your desires. There is a tuition reimbursement program as well if you want to return to school.
