"No match at all, they automatically give you 3% of your pay though so if you put in 0%, you still get 3% from them. If you put in 3%, it comes out to be 3% of yours + 3% of theirs, etc."

Overall decent benefits package if just for yourself (1 person). Else it starts to get pretty pricey. For 3 individuals I had, it was around $300/paycheck (so around $600/mo).
Dental is pretty good and visual is good as well.
FTO (PTO) is good as well and after 1 year I have around 30-35 days for 2022 accumulated so that's very nice. I work from home and have very flexible hours.
