"A lot of vacation time. 18 days to start (144 hours), going up to 30 days (240 hours) at 15 years. I think 18 days to start is crazy. Who expects over 3 weeks off from their job in the first year? "

"No match at all, they automatically give you 3% of your pay though so if you put in 0%, you still get 3% from them. If you put in 3%, it comes out to be 3% of yours + 3% of theirs, etc."

Benefits are fine, the only options you have for healthcare are okay but expensive so sure there is health care but you don’t have a choice. I had insurance with them for 4 years and did not use it once because my deductible was through the roof and I was still paying $70 a month for what? To not use it? Stupid. Other benefits they offer will be the arguement point they use to not increase your pay either. Pathetic when you compare to rates of pay now for nontechnical or non medical roles are paying more hourly. Really need to sort out pay and benefits because people are not sticking around for it.
