After 6 months of continous employment, they will pay for college tuition up front for lots of different programs (i.e. Medical coding, Health information management, Biology, etc.) I am 1 semester away from receiving my Medical Coding certification from CUNY and after that, I plan on enrolling in another college program for health information management. They also offer tuition reimbursement up to $7500 a year.

Many great benefits offered. Extremely ridiculous high plans.

Not great, health insurance premiums go up significantly each year. And no fertility benefits which for a health care company seems bad form.

The out of pocket cost for employees is very high. Even for their cheapest plan. This makes it very difficult on the hourly workers already falling below poverty level
