401K Plan

"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Salary limits, and advancement struggles. Very top heavy.

The best thing about the benefits package is that, in Denver they have on-site medical staff for employee use. The worse part of the benefits offering was that even though they say they offer flexible work schedules, a fair amount of managers do not allow employees to use it; managers believe that employees who are not at their desk, are not working.

Health benefits were okay, not great. I had a doctor who's surgical coordinator lied to me and told me that they are in network of my health ins. That was INCORRECT and I should have checked with my insurance carrier. I wound up paying $$$$'s, yes interpret that as thousands in medical bills.

Insurance was excellent. Time off was great.

Medical Benefits are underwritten by Aetna, which is not accepted by many doctors in my area. My primary care provider just dropped them, as well as my child's specialist . The out of network deductible is quite high so we are forced to find new doctors.

Good 401K/savings plan. Be sure to diversify.
Insurance is average. High deductibles. Plenty of PT and accommodating.

HSA is good but deductible is high.

Worst part of the benefits is the health package. There is a $1500 out of pocket maximum before the insurance starts to supplement 85% of the bills. There are a lot of good discounts with several major companies. Retirement plan is no longer available.

As a laid off retiree, they are outrageously expensive even for the 60/40 coverage. I haven't gone to the doctors when I probably should have because of the high deductible. Don't have that kind of money to spend.
