Lockheed Martin benefits

It's Lockheed Martin's own plan, VERY expensive, yet with a high deductible. I always chose to use my spouse's coverage, saved me a lot of money.

That we had benefits ... they weren't very comprehensive ie we had high deductibles and copays on medications (or many were not covered at all)

The best thing is the flexibility and vacation/time off. The worst thing is the health insurance. Although it's probably comparable to other large corporations, the value for the benefit offered could be better.

Great 401k matching, free flu shots, and flexible schedules

Reduced retirement plan to reduce costs to customer doing away with defined benefit plan in lieu of a defined contribution plan, Medical coverage cost keeps increasing.

Benefits package was good and covers most areas needed by the average employee. The cost is increasing for the employee each year,

Terrible Health Care and they keep getting worse! 2016 beware, new package is terrible! Dental and Vision are good though. 401K is good. They don't offer a Pension anymore. They offer paid for advanced degrees but only partial pay that might cover one semester, then you have to work for them 2 years after you get it. They also don't give you anything when you get it, no raise, no level, nothing.

9/80 flexible work schedule (every other Friday off).
