On average a bit lower pay than many comparable companies and positions, however work-life balance benefits are much higher; typically not pressured to work long hours, many sites have every other Friday off (9/80 work week), virtual work is common, holiday break most plants shut down giving you an extra week off.

Insurance was average with no choice. No bonuses. Vacation and time off are good. 401k is below average.
