ABB Communications Manager interview questions

Well, I have lost the count with the number of interviews I have done with ABB. Their roles either do not exist, or they hire internal candidates. First call with HR, they were asking all these non sense questions to understand if you are a cultural fit, actually they asked me to do those on demand videos as well. Needless to say that the recruiter could not even speak English fluently. FYI when they ask you to do this, you need to know that this request goes to 20 other candidates and then the line manager needs to block 2-3 hours to watch videos, lol. 2nd interview with the hiring manager. She just wanted to see if we match as personalities. No technical or hard questions. They hired internally eventually.

Co-interview with the hiring manager and HR BP. Straightforward questions asking about my experience. Unfortunately after the interview I was completely ghosted - not even an email to say I wasn't successful ...
