ABB Financial Analyst interview questions

The management didn't even schedule a interview meeting. I was supposed to have an interview and HR calls and says that interview can be arranged only if I accept a salary lower than my current salary. They were not even ready to give a fair shot to first interview and then based on caliber decide on the salary structure which would be beneficial for both. This felt unprofessional after knowing and hearing that company is good.
