telephonic interview with HR then Face to. Face interview with manager .They asked questions related to my previous work experience. Esourcing, supply chain management. Then 1:1 with VP. this whole process took around 20 days after that HR discussion.

First a phone interview about requirements and salary requirements. Initial one-sided video interview in which you answer the standard questions. Second round is in person interview with a panel of stakeholders
