Was ist die Motivation für die Stelle und was bringst du dafür mit.
Es begann mit einer Kurzvorstellung der Personen, vor allem mit der üblichen Zusammenfassung des Lebenslaufes, danach Fragen und Beispiele, vor allem mit Bezug auf die Persönlichkeit, und zuletzts wurden nächste Schritte besprochen.
