Absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful recruiting process, driven by segregated HR/TA representatives who seem to be all based in Poland, and not having a clue on how to recruit and hire experienced people. The hiring manager is likely highly incompetent as well, practically looking for mediocre people that would not pose risks to his warm seat.
