I applied through other source. I interviewed at ABB
Interview
The initial recruiter has 0 ability to screen applicants. Keeping you constantly on a line for over a month. After that, I emailed that I am not interested in the job anymore due to a lack of interest shown from ABB, they emailed back (1.2 months later) that I wasn't chosen due to better applicants.

Question 1
Nothing too particular, salary and starting-date. Total incompetent screening employee.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ABB (Neu-Delhi) in Feb 2021
Interview
Hiring process is very bad.. They keep you on hold and hire some other resource and if he or she doesn't turn up then they call you back asking if you are interested. If you say yes then they will conduct one more round of interview and then again keep on hold.. For me the hiring process went for 6 months and still no offer.. Please don't waste your time in waiting for abb's response..
Interviewer was late to the interview and never heard back of the feedback. followed a week later.no response yet. feel very disappointed as the interviewer said i will definitely hear back from them.
