First, I interviewed with a recruiter and then with the hiring manager. With the recruiter, the interview was higher level, however consisted of a series of back to back questions to get through. With the hiring manager, the process was less schematic and more conversation like. Both interviews were pleasant and interviewers polite.

Started with a phone call from HR verifying general information and a few behavioral questions as well as setting up a good interview time.
Second call was the actual interview. Asked general questions about my technical level with the testing equipment in use at the company as well as a few questions about past projects and work experience.
