Quite the usual process. Was questioned by the R&D manager and recruitment specialist in a conference room. Mainly the recruitment specialist was speaking and asking questions. In general the experience was very pleasant.

Interview
After applying for the job, I had a 30 min phone call with the Talent Acquisition Partner. It went well and she said she is going to set another interview with the hiring manager. Then she totally ghosted me. No replies to my emails, no return at all. Very rude attitude.

Interview
Applied online and was contacted do a virtual pre-recorded interview which took a little over an hour. I then had a 30 minute phone interview with an HR manager and after that did another phone interview with someone currently in the program. Both interviews felt more like a conversation and were pretty casual and balanced between getting-to-know-you and behavioral questions. The entire process from application to offer took about 2 months.
