overall pretty well, had multiple phone calls with employees, the interviews were pretty casual. They asked basic questions about my resume and leadership roles. They were very helpful for questions I had as well.
Submitted app through career fair specific form, completed a short (<1 hour) virtual video interview. Make sure you do the research on the company beforehand. Then was contacted to do a 2 hour interview with some previous members and the program director. Mostly reviewing previous experience and behavioral.

Interview
The interview took place on "Teams". There were 3 technical interviewers. It was the first step of the hiring process. First interview was fair, I explained my previous research. They had some scientific questions about my field and previous projects.
There will be a second interview in-house with more people, HR included.
