ABB interview questions

After the interview, I never received any communication from them again. I tried sending a couple of emails to the HR lady and the others in the interview but never received a response. Basically, I got ghosted, never heard back from them. They asked me for 5 references that had to fill a form with about 15 questions. It was a pretty bad and embarrassing experience to explain these 5 people that I never heard back from ABB and that they and I wasted our time. Very technical, 2 sessions full of questions. Before this, you'll need to answer more questions thru a phone app. I felt like taking my PE exam again.

The interview process was different from most typical interviews. It reflects the interviewer's passion and dedication to the company and most importantly his experience. The interview was based on behavioral questions and scenarios.
