I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ABB (Zürich) in Feb 2015
Interview
Very uncomplicated, got a call from HR and had a onsite interview with the hiring manager, got a call to confirm the internship within the week. My start day was postponed a couple of weeks due to a change within the team
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ABB (Kraków) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview was really straightforward, and one of the easiest one. Some basics questions for .NET and C#, asked regarding previous experience which roles I've taken etc.
No algorithms at all, no tricky questions, first was technical interview where asked about experience, second was soft skills interview where asked how did you solve conflicts, the last one was final with presenting to team and asked about motiviation and experience again.
Declined the offer because salary offered was much more below expected.
