Question 1
-Hablame de un momento en el tu equipo no pudiera cumplir con la orden comprometida de un cliente
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ABB (Jakarta) in Dec 2023
Interview
The process took around 3 months for me, from starting my application to getting an official answer. It began with submitting documents, followed by a hirevue interview session +- 2 weeks later where they asked 6 situational questions followed by 3 rounds of numerical games.
The following month I was invited to join the graduate assessment center, consisting of 3 assessment rounds (group discussion & presentation - individual panel presentation - final interview) in their head office in Jakarta. No technical questions, just scenarios and case study questions to test your problem-solving & teamwork skills.
The following days they notified me of the results.

Question 1
Where do you see the most growth opportunity in ABB?
I was not given an interview. Someone in HR reached out to me about a position at this company. There were several issues throughout this process, however, the thing that irritated me the most was the supposed reason that I was rejected.
I was told by my HR contact that someone else in HR discussed my background and decided not to move forward with me. Not only did I not speak with this person; they never attempted to contact me.
I don't appreciate the unprofessionalism displayed here, and I have no intention of ever applying to this company again.
