I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Aurora, IL)
Interview
pretty straight forward, 1 phone interview and 2 team's interviews. The first interview was with a few other people whereas the second one was just me one on one with two higher management team embers.

I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Walsall, England) in Sep 2022
Interview
Rushed, and don't care about the candidates. There were 3 separate processes after the online tests. 1st you attend a store where you are shown the procedures and the role. 2nd process was the telephone interview where you are asked general questions regarding customer service and retail. Then lastly if successful you're invited to meet the manager at the store you have applied for and shown around the store. Throughout the process I have shared that I am a student and cannot work during the day on the days I am at Uni but can work the evening shift those days and every weekend if need be. Luckily for me, I was unsuccessful, so I asked for feedback and was told that it was the hours I offered. I say luckily because I feel I had a lucky escape and believe they pay good money to prevent people from leaving. They completely messed me around and knew from the start that I was a student. Total waste of my time. Please be aware of this company do not let the hourly rate fool you.
