Interview
Assessment centre. Very long. Took 3.5 hours. First there was a team/ leader scenario where we were in a ship wreck situation. Then there were 3 aptitude tests: numerical, verbal and analytical. To finish there was a debate about capital punishment. They gave us petrol money. Not very nice environment. Very clinical.

Interview
I had one video interview. Just found an email in my inbox one day asking to complete a video interview.
No human interaction, very impersonal and whole experience pretty off putting.
How hard is it for someone to call you and say - we would like you to complete a video interview. Blah blah blah.'
No wonder Aldi gets such a bad wrap in from employees and in the media.
