ALDI Area Manager interview questions

group assessment was surprisingly small, there was only 5 of us, although there was supposed to be more. it was split into 2 sections, the first half concering a store walk you did, and the second a case study based group discussion.

I had one video interview. Just found an email in my inbox one day asking to complete a video interview. No human interaction, very impersonal and whole experience pretty off putting. How hard is it for someone to call you and say - we would like you to complete a video interview. Blah blah blah.' No wonder Aldi gets such a bad wrap in from employees and in the media.
