ALDI Area Manager interview questions

The interview process is very long and requires quite a significant amount of time to prepare each step (e.g. going into stores before the first group AC day, interviewing an area manager before the final personal interview). Aldi and the Area Manager role is really about personal fit. Its all about keeping costs low and being efficient, with a hands-on mindset, being diligent and humble. This is the most important factor according to my experience and thus the role is certainly not for everyone - despite the relatively good pay and perks.
