Question 1
what area have you applied for?
why do you want to work for us?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Atherstone, England) in Dec 2022
Interview
Very lengthy, started with submitting information about yourself online including 3 essay like questions, then virtual interview, assessment and then assessment centre and final interview with a director. I understand that they need to be thorough when choosing a candidate for this role as it is demanding however considering how much time you spend on it especially if you go through all the stages feedback should be given, which is not.
