ALDI Assistant Store interview questions

Applied online and given trial shift. Questioned about prior experiences and aspirations. Met with manager and talked about values and expectations for the role. Felt excessive if I was jonest for the job.

I had a group interview, they asked for an introduction and asked questions about your knowledge of Aldi, why you want to work with them and how you have transferable skills at the end the manager asks which store you are in close proximity to and can work at.
