Interview
Onlne application followed by one to one interview with area manager, very friendly and chatty. Short maths page to complete.questions about correct change, 20 other applicants on same day. I Thought it went well. He Said I'd hear the following day by email, however, didn't Hear for two days, unfortunately it was a no.
I had researched the company, ethos, history, and had practiced the interview questions. I just wasn't what they were looking for.

Interview
You will get taken into a corridor where you have to wait for the interview. Then they call you in and have a interview with the area manager. They will ask you the general questions such as your experiences then they will explaining to you the job role and the requirements.
Applied online was a lengthy process with scenarios etc. Then 2 weeks later received email for interview with Regional Manager which lasted about half an hour. Told me about the company etc. It was really relaxed and friendly plus a simple timed maths test. Received an email about 5 hours later offering a 2 hour work trial in store. This went well and they took my uniform size and signed lots of health and safety forms and everything was quite positive. Waited about 5 weeks to be told I had passed everything but there were no vacancies!
